92-Year-Old Marine Gets His Wish To Be Niece's 'Something Blue' On Her Wedding Day

When Alison Ferrell told her Uncle Bill that she was getting married earlier this month, his only wish was to be able to attend. During World War II, Ferrell says the 92-year-old was a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps who served in combat on Naha in Okinawa.
