'Spider-Man' star Tom Holland sets a course for that 'Uncharted' movie

Tom Holland has already found his way to another potential franchise.

We have confirmed that the Spider-Man: Homecoming lead is attached to star as treasure hunter Nathan Drake in Sony's adaptation of the Uncharted video game series. Shawn Levy (Night at the Museum) is directing.

If you're familiar at all with Uncharted, you've probably noticed that Holland is quite a bit younger than Nathan Drake as he's portrayed in most of the games. Word is that the film will take inspiration from Uncharted 3 and depict Drake's younger years, including his first encounter with his future mentor, Sullivan. Read more...
