You won't be able to take your eyes off this guy's blazing skip rope technique
You may know to skip rope, but try it at this speed.
This guy in China has posted a now-viral video of himself skipping at an insane pace.
The best speed-skippers in the world can manage about 7 jumps a second. We counted this guy doing about 165 in the 30 second stretch, which translates to a very respectable 5.5 jumps per second.
His technique is pretty similar to what all the world-class rope skippers are using. Check out these guys jumping rope on Chinese TV:
