Mr. Met flips off fans with non-existent middle finger after another loss
The New York Mets lost 7-1 to the Milwaukee Brewers yesterday, and Mets fans were not happy. Just ask their mascot.
The loss was so hard to take, in fact, that the beloved Mr. Met was caught doing something in the heat of the moment that no mascot with hands would ever dream of doing.
While walking toward the tunnel after the game, lovable Mr. Met flipped a fan the big, plush bird.
The video of Mr. Met's indiscretion was originally posted on Twitter by Tony De Lucia. According to the New York Post, De Lucia and his friends were leaning over the railing, waiting for high-fives from the baseball-headed icon and instead received the one-finger salute. Read more...
