Amazon Prime Day sale kicks off at 6PM today; what’s in store for us?
The day has finally come when folks at Amazon are set to go crazy and roll tons of luring deals on your way. If you are subscribed to Amazon Prime, we suggest you to keep an eye on the Amazon Prime Day deals starting today 6PM onward. Due to the fact that these deals are rare, it is highly possible that you may not find it again for sometime, but we are here to get the best one out for you. The sale starts on July 10 at 6PM IST, while the main sale day is on Tuesday, July 11.
Although the actual deals are still not disclosed, Amazon has still allowed a sneak peek into selected upcoming offers today. Amazon has highlighted the Xiaomi Redmi 4 open sale at Rs 6,999 starting from 5PM IST today. Other smartphone deals include OnePlus 5 (6GB RAM variant) available with an extra Rs 2000 discount on exchange. Honor 8 Pro along with other Honor smartphones will be listed with offers today.
If you have read our extensive post on Amazon Prime Day in India, you will know that Amazon also lists it’s own products like Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Fire TV stick, Kindle and more with some sweet deals. Going by what we know so far, Amazon Fire TV stick will be up for sale with Rs 1000 discount. Also, you’ll get Rs 499 cashback if you pay using Amazon Pay balance.
One of the deals we are keeping a close eye on is the 40 percent discount on Fitbit products. Although we have already seen such huge price cuts on the Fitbit fitness bands before.
During the event, Amazon will launch products from across 30 brands including Honor, LG, IFB, InFocus and more. These deals will not just offer discounts but there are some useful offers from service providers like MakeMyTrip, BookMyShow, Swiggy and so on. While MakeMyTrip is offering Rs 750 off on domestic flight booking, BookMyShow on other hand is giving you a Rs 200 off on movie ticket booking and food delivery app Swiggy is giving Rs 150 off on a minimum bill value of Rs 450.
HDFC Bank credit and debit card users will get an additional 15 percent off on all the transactions above Rs 5000 and the maximum cashback value is Rs 2000. Prime members will also receive Rs 200 cashback after topping up Amazon Pay Balance with at least Rs 500.
