MLB player deletes Twitter account after calling fan a flea 'on the nutsack of society'

Major League Baseball player Alex Bregman just learned this the hard way.
Bregman deleted his Twitter account after reacting, ahem, strongly to criticism from a fan. Here's what happened.
Bregman slid into the fan's DMs (which are direct messages, for all you olds), then got savagely owned by said fan, then melted down completely by writing that "I forgot I shouldnt give flees [sic] on the nutsack of society the time of day."
The fan then posted screenshots of the private exchange publicly on Twitter. Soon enough, Bregman's account had vanished. Read more...
