Score a PS4 Slim during Amazon Prime Day for $229

We’ve found some cheap PS4 deals in the past, but Amazon is pulling out all the stops for its annual Amazon Prime Day sales event.

One of the biggest deals for gamers is happening right now: a PS4 Slim, plus a free digital download code for Uncharted and a subscription to Comixology, is just $229 today (around $40 off the usual price of $269).

The PlayStation Slim is basically a more powerful version of the original PlayStation 4, but in a smaller form package. It’s capable of HDR video playback from Blu-ray movies, and has access to streaming services like Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu and more.

While Sony’s PS4 Slim deal holds the top spot as one of the best price cuts we’ve seen today, it’s far from the only deal that will get gamers’ attentions.
