The CIA spies on the NSA and other agencies with 'software updates,' WikiLeaks says
Let's say you grew up with some siblings. Your mom told you to share your toys with your sister, and told your sister to share her toys with you. So you did, you think. But, just to be sure, every once in a while, when your sister was out of the house, you'd wander into her room to check out all her toys in that bin in the corner, just to make sure she wasn't keeping the good ones for herself.
If you did this, you treated your sister kind of like how the CIA treats its sister agencies, such as the FBI and the NSA, according to WikiLeaks.
