This tiny moment from the 'Game of Thrones' Ep 6 trailer hints at a big death

You've probably already seen the trailer for next week's Game of Thrones episode, but it might be time to watch again.
In particular, pay attention to the very brief shot of the Hound casually crush the skull of this dead guy (it takes place around the 0:31 mark):
On the surface, it seems like harmless fun. There's nothing more entertaining than watching Sandor cracking his opponent's heads open, right?
