Cop can’t hold back his tears when he receives a call from his daughter during his birthday

We have to contend with the damage that was left behind by Hurricane Harvey. There are those who were lucky to escape the disaster and those who are still counting the loss. Amid all that, first responders have to work around the clock to restore normalcy.

We also have to appreciate those who are helping the survivors in one way or the other. Cops are out there doing their best to help the survivors. So it is easy to understand why one Houston cop was away from his family during his birthday.

In the clip below, we see his young daughter calling him and singing to for him the famous “Happy Birthday to You” song. Upon hearing his daughter’s song, the dad loses it and tears start rolling down his eyes. It is our hope that he will soon go home and have that right celebration.
