Danny Kolzow is one of those lucky people who have a good friend to turn to – and his good friend is called Graham McMillan. When McMillan discovered that Danny urgently required a kidney, he decided to do something about it.

Kolzow is a nurse by a profession, and all along he has lived with a rare condition which demanded him to undergo a kidney transplant at a certain point in his life. By the time McMillan discovered what his friend was going through, Kolzow was remaining with a few days before experiencing a kidney failure. So he offered himself to be tested whether he was a match.
