This colour sorting machine is so accurate it can separate thousands of peas per minute
This machine uses highly sensitive colour sensors to separate good and bad food produce.
The machine is able to detect and quickly dispose of potentially dangerous items with a lever which sends the offending object down a different chute.
It's manufactured by TOMRA. According to the company, their machines can help improve food yields by up to 10 per cent.
