One day, Eagan found himself bored, so he decided to spice up his day by attempting to create some good art. He dressed his little brother to portray the scary clown featured in Stephen King’s “It.” For this, he used some make up and balloon to perfect his creation, and then he took photos of the “clown” and posted them online. The internet caught fire instantly!
