Reporter covering Harvey flooding drops his microphone and helps a to woman deliver

Hurricane Harvey has wrecked in Texas, and emergency crews and first respondents are stepping up to help. However, the stories of regular people assisting total strangers, friends, and families are touching the hearts of many.

Every day brings out a special story and a new hero. Chauncy Glover is a KTRK reporter who was covering the hurricane story. As Glover was updating his colleagues at the news desk, a woman approached him asking for help.

The woman’s sister had gone into labor and there no one to help. Glover dropped his microphone in the middle of his broadcast and rushed to help the woman. He helped the woman deliver. The duo was later taken to thehospital.
