The Accountant director Gavin O'Connor is in final negotiations to write and direct the Suicide Squad sequel, Mashable has confirmedVariety first broke the news.
Jared Leto, Margot Robbie, and Will Smith are all expected to reprise their roles as the Joker, Harley Quinn, and Deadshot, respectively.
For those keeping count at home, that makes three Joker movies now in development: Suicide Squad 2, the Harley Quinn and Joker spinoff, and the "young Joker" prequel – the last of which will not star Leto. Read more...
