One mother-of-three, Amy Rickel was going through hard times. It got worse when she attempted to take her children closer to their father who was living in Green Bay Michigan. In no time, she became jobless and homeless and had to provide for the three kids. After some time, her car broke down and she had to stay with her family in a hotel room. When her money got finished, she tried to seek for refuge in the local shelters. Every shelter she visited had a 3-month waiting period and that meant not even her children could have somewhere to stay. Not sure what to do, she decided to send one of her friends called Brian a message on Facebook. In the process, she sent a stranger who had a similar name. Brian Van Boxtel was the name of the stranger. After realizing her mistake, she apologized. Full of tears, Amy kept on praying for her hopeless situation. Unknown to her Brain took her message seriously and knew he had received it for a reason. That is when he went ahead and did what has been termed as a Christmas miracle.
