Hot on the heels of Wonder Woman's record-breaking success, another female superhero is headed to the big screen. A real one this time.
Focus Features is moving forward with On the Basis of Sex, a biopic of Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, with Felicity Jones set to play the lead.
The Black List script by Daniel Stiepleman follows Ginsburg's career as she overcomes obstacles to fight for equal rights. She eventually went on to become the second female justice of the Supreme Court (after Sandra Day O'Connor) and the first Jewish female justice. Read more...
