James Bond needs Daniel Craig more than Daniel Craig needs James Bond

After months of hemming and hawing, Daniel Craig finally made it official: Yes, he's coming back for another Bond movie.

But should he have?

It's clear the Bond producers were eager to get him back. Despite rumors that they were eyeing potential replacements (Tom Hardy was high on their wishlist), they also made it clear they were willing to throw as much money as it took to get Craig back.

Craig, on the other hand, has made it quite clear that he was ambivalent about returning at all, saying during the Spectre press tour that he'd rather "slash [his] wrists" than pick up that Walther PPK again. And this week's Logan Lucky offers a little taste of what he's capable of when he's not being dragged, kicking and screaming, into yet another Bond sequel.  Read more...
