Some years ago, Rachael Ray “helped” someone make a life-changing decision, and it only took a makeover and a mirror! It happened Tiffanie was 25 years old. Now, Tiffanie happened to be an addict to cigarette its was having a profound effect on her life.

She started losing sleep. Her immune system started acting up. She was always tired and feeling like she had flu.

She even aged so badly. She looked so old! At some point, she decided to seek help from Rachel, and she sure got it – albeit in a pretty scary way.

So it happened. She was to get a new makeover. Turns out, Rachel had other cards to play on Tiffanie. After the makeover, Rachel handed her a mirror and guess what?! Tiffanie found herself staring at herself in disbelief. She had to change her bad lifestyle!
