News anchor is bullied when she reveals that she’s pregnant, so she has to fire back

While we should treasure our mothers and women in general when they get pregnant, sometimes I wonder why some will still take advantage of situation to insult them. Lauren Warren, who works as a news anchor at WRDW which is located in Augusta, Georgia was recently faced with such insults. It all started when she let her viewers know that she was expectant.

Despite receiving several positive messages, she was concerned by one voicemail. The message informed her that she looked like a watermelon and she should wear decent maternity clothes. According to the caller, she looked disgusting while on television.

That is when Laurent documented the incident and spoke her mind on her blog. She let all know that it was not possible as a news anchor to be on TV while wearing flowing maternity gear or yoga pants. She was surprised that some adults can be bullies. Despite that, she had found the right motivation from the negative energy that had been directed towards her.
