People have the stereotypical idea that all electric guitar players are young, in spite of the fact that the electric guitar has some real history behind it and not all guitar players automatically retire when they are older. The elderly man in this video manages to really shatter that stereotype with each and every note. He is in his eighties, but the people who were just listening to the video and couldn’t see him would never guess that. The guitar player manages to demonstrate that he has fingers that are as nimble as those of a young man. He is dressed in attire that people will usually associate with older men, which makes it that much more dramatic when he demonstrates that he doesn’t fit the stereotype.
