Ryan Potter Cast as Beast Boy in ‘Titans’ Live-Action Series
Warner Brothers has announced that after an exhaustive search they’ve selected Ryan Potter to join the cast of DC’s “Titans”, according to Deadline.
Potter, who many fans will recognize from Disney’s “Big Hero 6” as the voice of Hiro Hamada, will star along cast mates Brenton Thwaites, Anna Diop, and Teagan Croft in the highly anticipated live-action superhero series.
Potter will play Garfield “Gar” Logan, otherwise known as his superhero alter-ego Beast Boy, a series regular.
According to Comic Book, Potter initially tried out for both Nightwing and Robin but was ultimately chosen to play Beast Boy.
Potter posted a series of tweets that both expressed his happiness regarding the casting and addressed the failed campaign for the other roles.

I hear you loud and clear. Remember; the campaign for Tim Drake was never about the role. It was a campaign for representation. We succeeded
