American Woman Dragged From Korean Air Flight For Refusing to Sit in Her Economy Seat

An American woman was forcibly removed from a Korean Air flight as she yelled “NUCLEAR DISARMAMENT” after it was delayed for an hour and 40 minutes.

Video posted by Korea JoongAng Daily shows the 30-year-old woman, who originally paid for an economy seat, sitting down in the business class section on a flight bound for San Francisco that took off from Incheon International Airport on July 27.

The woman did not want to get out of the seat and caused a commotion when flight attendants and airport police surrounded her and told her that she needed to sit in her designated seat.

Authorities had no choice but to drag her out of the plane as she screamed “U.S. MARSHALS!”, “DDOS KOREAN AIR,” “NUCLEAR DISARMAMENT,” and threw up peace signs.

“The woman was transferred to the hospital first as she seemed to be suffering from a mental illness. We plan to investigate her as soon as the hospital completes her examination,” the police said, according to AllKpop.
